IP 68 Battery cover for 5.5 Ah & 8.0 Ah
Conversion to underwater use with a few simple steps (suitable for fresh, salt or dirty water).
When using the IP 68 battery cover, the tool achieves protection class IP68. This means that the tool is approved for underwater use up to a depth of 3 m for a duration of 60 minutes (details on underwater use, maintenance, service and care can be found in the operating instructions).

When using 12 Ah 18V MILWAUKEE M18TM HIGH-OUTPUTTM batteries, the larger IP 54 battery cover (part no. 1101405) can also be purchased. This is then suitable for 5.5 Ah & 8.0 Ah & 12.0 Ah batteries.
